JK Rowling is a british women that, actually, her name isn't this one. JK Rowling is an abreviation of her full name, Joanne Kathleen Rowling. Shes the wonderful author of the serie Harry Potter and is considered by millions of fans the true queen of England! Joanne Rowling was born in 31 of July, 1965, so shes 46 years old. Has three children, Jessica, David and Mackenzie. I'm not going to tell a lot about her personal life, I will talk more about her work with Harry Potter.
JK, when she returned to live in the UK (she moved, but I'm not entering in details) went regularly with her doter Jessica, that was still a baby, to write sketches of the books of Harry Potter in a bar that belonged to her brother in law, the bar was called Nicolson's, but some times also went to a bar called The Elephant House Café.
Joanne Kathleen Rowling, are eternal queen, she worked about 17 years to create the hole Harry Potter serie!!! Yes, you may be imagining how it was hard to write a book serie that lasted more than 10 years selling millions of copies of books and films. Was accused of plagiarism by Nancy Stouffer, author of children books, and in the end of the 90s she confirmed that JK Rowling plagiarized her books: The Legend of Rah and the Muggles and Larry Potter and His Best Friend Lily. Nancy Stouffer went to court, processing JK Rowling, the american editor Schoolastic and Time Warner, but Nancy lost the case and was obligated to pay a fine of 50 thousand dollars, because she lied in some points and she forged documents. In 2004 Nancy Stouffer appealed again, but she lost the case.
